About Dave Clemens

I am a Licensed insurance broker that specializes in Medicare Health Plans. I am a life-long resident of Berks County, Pennsylvania where my wife and I have also raised our daughter and son. 

My Life Experience includes service as a nuclear trained electrician onboard a submarine as well as a career in service as a Pennsylvania State Trooper. I also served several years as a Federal Court Security Officer with a private security firm contracted with the US Marshal Service.

My loyalty is to you, the client, not the insurance companies.

I specialize in Medicare Advantage and Supplemental Insurance plans, because I recognize the need to help members of the community navigate the overwhelming insurance options available through Medicare.
